Something pretty is growing #2
July 22nd, 2008  This flower was growing only a few inches away from #1. At the base of a street-tree on the footpath, just up the road from where I live. No, I don't know what it is, but it sure is pretty, just like the first one. There's something else that's been captured by the leaves...can you see it? Hence, I have no 'style', but that's okay.
Currently I am learning all about my new Nikon D80 with AF Nikkor 28-105mm 1:3.5-4.5D lens (macro: 50-105mm). It's like learning to be an airline pilot, and is a new experience unto itself unlike film SLRs, which is my background. I expect this will keep me occupied for the rest of my life!
